A mobile first app to automatically manage employee presence in your Organization.
Presence app is a geo fence enabled Clock In and Clock out application to track employees work hours at office or remote location (at a clients location). The app notifies users (using local notifications) when they enter or exits a designated Geo Fence to Clock In or Out. It maps the users current location whenever a Clock In or Clock Out is performed through the app for veracity purposes.
Introduction:
At its core, Presence is a time and attendance management system with added features such as Leave Management, Task Management and Team Feeds.
How it works:

The app user using the Presence App can self Register and create a user account using his/her corporate email id and this locks him/her to the specific device (using the UUID of the device). In case the user needs to change the device, he/she has the option to Reset the device (through the app).
Time and Attendance:
Geo-fence locations are created by the admin which are pushed to the users device during data sync and when the users enter and exit the approved geo-fence location(s) a local notification alert is triggered to the device asking him/her to clock-in/clock-out at the location from the app. The time is captured in the system and is available for future reference in the clock logs.
Leave Management:
Users of the Presence App may request for leave using the application. The Reporting Manager/Supervisor is notified of the leave request and he may approve or reject the request which gets notified to the applicant.
Task Management:
Team Leads and Managers can assign tasks to other team members and monitor the progress and completion of the task.
Team Feeds:
Users of the Presence App can create posts which will be notified to other members of the team. This feature serves a communication platform for the users to communicate with the team as a whole. The feed timelines will also contain team member leave and work-from-home statuses.
